Choosing a device, briefly

Start with how you draw

Mouth-to-lung is the tight, cigarette-like draw most people switching over expect. It wants higher-resistance coils above 1.0 ohm and modest power. Direct-to-lung is the open, airy draw that produces the big clouds, and it wants sub-ohm coils and real wattage behind them. Getting this wrong is the single most common reason a first device disappoints.

Then decide how much you want to maintain

A disposable is finished when it is finished. A pod system asks you to change a pod every week or so. A refillable mod like the L200 asks for coils, juice and the occasional clean: more work, but a fraction of the running cost and far more control over flavour and vapour.

Check the fitment before the price

Coils, pods and tanks are model-specific, and they differ even within one brand’s range. Every product page here lists the fitment and resistance in the Details block. Match those to the device you already own rather than to the name on the box. “Aegis” alone is not a fitment.
