Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account keeps your order history and addresses, which makes reordering consumables quicker.
How do I know if something is in stock?
Stock status appears on every product page and in the Details list. Items marked unavailable cannot be added to the cart.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it. Once it has shipped it falls under our returns process.
Products and compatibility
How do I know a coil or pod fits my device?
Coils, pods and tanks are model-specific. Check the product name and the Details list against your exact device model — fitments differ even within a single brand range. If you are unsure, ask before ordering rather than after.
What does the puff count mean?
It is the manufacturer’s rated figure for a disposable device under their own test conditions. Real-world figures vary with draw length and usage. We list it as a filterable specification so you can compare like with like.
Why do some products have options and others do not?
Products with a dropdown are variable — colour, quantity or configuration changes the price. The price shown before you choose is the lowest option in the range.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes. This site is for adults aged 18 and over only. See Age Verification & Responsible Supply.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Returns
What if my item arrives faulty?
You have rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. See Returns & Refunds for how to start a claim.
Can I return something I simply changed my mind about?
Change-of-mind returns are handled under our own policy rather than the ACL. The conditions and time limit are on the returns page. Consumables that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
