Dispatch
Orders placed before [CONFIRM: daily cut-off time and timezone] on a business day are dispatched [CONFIRM: same day / next business day]. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, typical transit times are:

Tracking

Carriers

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery
Please check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent at the customer’s cost.
International
We ship within Australia and to New Zealand only. We do not ship anywhere else. Where supply to a destination would not be lawful we will contact you and refund the order.
